Return Policy
For merchandise returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. We will gladly accept unused and unaltered merchandise for return.
Defective items may still be accepted. Please be sure to send back your item(s) in full compliance with our return policy:
● Any return after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
● Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
● Item(s) must be in their original condition, complete with original packaging and associated invoice.
● We accept returns only if the package is sent back within 14 days of delivery.
14 Days Return Time Frame
The return process must begin within 14 days of delivery. The day it was scanned by the carrier is the count of return. If your return order is not scanned within 14 days, it will be sent back to you. We reserve the right not to accept the return of item/s that are returned after 14 days of delivery.
Defective / Incorrect Order
Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece here. Once we have inspected and accepted your return request, we will notify you and provide instructions for the return, including a prepaid return label.
How to Make a Return
If an item(s) arrives undamaged and unwanted, we cannot provide prepaid return labels. Customers will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping. Please generate and pay for your own return label upon initiating a return.
If an item(s) arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any USPS location.
Wrong Address / Missing / Stolen Item
If you enter the wrong address and your parcel gets delivered to another person, Amata will not be responsible for reaching out to them. Once a shipment has been declared delivered, we are not able to re-route it.
Amata is not liable for any products damaged, missing or lost during the mailing process. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Refunds
If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed in 14 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You must keep your original payment method and contact information up-to-date with us. Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded.
